The symphony of his career unfolded as he donned various hats - a clinical data engineer, a Senior Health Care Research Associate, a Lead Infrastructural Engineer, and a Lead Clinical Data Manager, spanning over 6.5 years. His journey as an established entrepreneur culminated in to a myriad of organizations built in a short span with his sheer dedication, attention to detail, power to harness the best possible talents in both healthcare and IT sector. He has established three world-class molecular diagnostic labs in the United States along with six IT companies for high-end computing. His chance journey to India during COVID-19 pandemic, prompted him to realize the need to establish a comprehensive medical care in India, which led to creation of Yoda Healthcare Group dedicated to diagnostics, pharmacy, clinic on call. DNA decoder is one of the offshoots of these healthcare innovations that is highly specialized comprehensive personalized health assessment platform based on genomics. He is highly committed to bring all the recent innovations in healthcare and IT sector within the reach of public and serve them in the best possible way. Mr Yoda ecommerce platform is one such effort to make healthcare accessible to every nook and corner of India so that both urban and rural population can be benefited with all their healthcare needs met within the comfort of their homes. He has established Kancharla Pharmaceuticals also to make majority of the medications affordable to all sections of the community. Three IT companies in India are also doing their best in delivering high-end computing solutions to empower the technological needs of India in different domains.  His efforts sowed the seeds of self-reliance in India's soil and empowered in India in healthcare and IT sectors. 

In addition, his passion for philanthropy helped him to establish the Avasthita Foundation for societal upliftment focusing on education, basic needs, sanitation, healthcare, employment, social awareness, parental care, and agriculture.
